- a massive room, plenty of space! ( wecare now in Tokyo and the difference is astounding!) - wonderful bath tub & shower ( we want one like that at home!) - very quiet despite being in a centralised location ( only about 4 mins walk from Toyama JR station - they provide you with fresh spring water that you can refill your bottle with - lovely staff, always very friendly & helpful - comfortable bed & pillows - daily housekeeping - secure car parking available ( 1500¥ per day) - washing machine onsite- you can even check when the machine is available to use ( 600¥ for wash & dry) - very close to shopping area, and lots of dining out options nearby ( Maroot shopping centre top floor) - we made a mistake with our booking and had to add an extra day, the staff were courteous and processed our request straight away, the extra night fee was reasonable

The hotel is very convenient located, close to the train station in Toyama. It is very clean, modern, it offers reasonably spacious room/bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers lots of choices and freshly prepared food. The personnel was very friendly and helpful with any information needed. They even sent per post a package I forgot in the room and they were very prompt and arranging all details for payment and post tracking. I much appreciated their service and professionalism !

The value for money was exceptional. The staff were all lovely, breakfast was very good, the bathtub was great and wifi was strong. It was also very close to the station, had a microwave, vending machines and washer/dryers (and you could check if they were available/how long they'd be occupied from your room tv), and I loved the water coolers on each floor as you could duck out and fill the jug in your room with fresh water easily.

This was by far the best hotel room of our two month stay in Japan! The room is huge by Japan standards. We had a superior twin room which was actually two double beds that we pushed together to make a large king size. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub and was very luxurious! The location is very good. Very close to train station, restaurants and mall.

The hotel is just a short walk to the main station and a convenient access to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast had a decent spread of Western and Japanese offerings.
